Abbey park is a beautiful place to visit in the centre of Evesham. Here you can see the flower display with the War Memorial and St Lawrence's Church in the background.
Crown Meadow can be found next to Abbey Park and has tree lined footpaths by the River Avon. It's popular with runners and dog walkers and is a relaxing place to sit by the river and watch the swans.
The pedestrian and parking areas were refurbished a few years ago making the high street a nice place to take a stroll. There are many traditional pubs, restuarants and coffee houses to grab a light lunch or evening meal.

The River side Gardens opposite Crown Meadow has some hidden delights
St Lawrence's Church is a redundant Anglican church. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II listed building.
Once the home of the Almoner, one of the Benedictine Monks from the Abbey, the Almonry is now the town museum, Tourist Information Centre and gift shop.
A great place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat and watch the world go by.

A beautiful display of Tulips in the Abbey Park Gardens. A peaceful place to sit under a tree and read a good book.
Discover the Whale sculpture in the River side gardens. Plenty of quite spots to sit and watch the boats travel on the river.
The River Avon runs through Evesham and provides a focal point for the activities of the town. Annual fishing and rowing festivals are held on and along it's banks. Boat trips can be taking or you can hire a small pleasure boat for your own adventure.
